Notes:
Tickets (and subscriptions) are not refundable unless Players must cancel a performance. If you cannot attend a performance for which you purchased a ticket, we will make every effort to move your ticket to a different performance (if possible).
After you purchase your tickets, you will receive an email receipt (if you included your email address).
You will not receive a physical ticket for the show. And you do not have to bring your receipt to the performance. We will have your name on our list for that performance. Just stop by the box office to let us know you have arrived, and we’ll give you a ticket to enter the theatre.
Patrons can also purchase tickets at the box office.
Walk-ins are welcome, although there’s no guarantee that the performance won’t be sold out; if it is sold out, however, walk-ins will be seated if pre-solds do not show up.
All Subscribers are encouraged to reserve their seats in advance (by phone or online). If you are a Subscriber, unless you reserve your seat for a performance (by phone or online), Players cannot guarantee that you will be able to get a seat if the performance is selling out. And if a Subscriber does reserve a seat but does not show up for the performance, that reserved seat will be forfeited and made available for sale.
