  1. Board meetings are held on the third Monday of the month, usually at 6 p.m., either in person at the theatre or via ZOOM (or similar video-conferencing service).

  2. You are asked to serve on committees and perhaps chair one.

  3. For each of our shows, you are asked to sign up to volunteer for Board Member only Volunteer Positions (box office, house manager, subscription Table, etc) at least two of the performances of the run (if you are not in the show, running lights, sound, or Stage Managing).

  4. You are required to purchase a membership subscription to our next season.

  5. Our job is to balance art and money. We can’t have one without the other.

  6. All conducted business conversations during Board Meetings or Committee meetings are to be kept to our Board.    You are representing our organization that is over 115 years old!
